Damascus/ Syria

Depending on my experience in the programming field, I started to work on my first real-life project in 2017. The project name is "Taweltak" which is an app & website that allows people to search and reserve their tables in restaurants and cafes. Also, the ability to order food online. The project consists of 2 sides. One for the customers and the other for the shop owner.

The shop owner app allows them to add, delete, and edit the food, drinks, and items provided in their shops. In addition to the ability to add and remove images freely.

In this project, I was responsible for:

1. 1- Designing and Structuring the entire project layout and functionality for both sides (Customers & Shop holders).
2. 2- Programming and designing the full website & the mobile application.
3. 3- Creating and managing the Database.
4. 4- Designing and creating the project logo.

**Note**

The application and website are currently not available online because they were connected to a host plan that I didn't renew. But I have the files for the project on my laptop and on GitHub.

Cairo/ Egypt

Teleperformance

. Since I came to Egypt in 2021, I had a job offer from a company called Teleperformance.This company is a big global company that offers to other big global companies such as: Western Union customer services. The building of this company that I worked at is located in Cairo, Al-mohandeseen.

. I had 1 month of training on how to use the System of the Western Union because our floor in the company was responsible for providing customer service to the Western Union customers.

. My job was to reply to the customers on the phone and solve their problems such as stuck transactions, verifying identity, unblocking locked accounts, and helping to create new transactions and follow its status.

Concentrix

. At the end of 2022, I started to work in a company called Concentrix. It is an American business services company similar to Teleperformance.

. I had 1 month of training in the company before I took my job. We were trained on how to handle Microsoft's customers, and how to find a solution to the issues we might face on the floor.

. My job title in this company is: Customer Service Advisor. I am working as a customer support for Microsoft, and my duties are to help customers who have any problems with one of the Microsoft's services (Microsoft account, OneDrive, etc) and products (Windows, Xbox, etc).

In both companies, I was working full-time (9 hours/day)

. By the beginning of the 2023, I started to be interested about the 2D games.
I discovered that Flutter has a special frame work called Flame that is used exactly for creating 2D games, and I managed to create 2 games on Android.

1. Ball Removal
This was my first 2D game ever. This game is very simple and basic with some animation. It took me around 1 month to finish it.

2. Zombie Survivor
This was my second 2D game, but it took much more time than the previous one. I started planning on how to create this game before the first 2D game (ball removal).

Because I was new to the 2D game development, I found it a bit hard at the beginning, because this game includes much more animation, characters, and functionality.
