Teleperformance
. Since I came to Egypt in 2021, I had a job offer from a company called Teleperformance.This company is a big global company that offers to other big global companies such as: Western Union customer services.
The building of this company that I worked at is located in Cairo, Al-mohandeseen.
. I had 1 month of training on how to use the System of the Western Union because our floor in the company was responsible for providing customer service to the Western Union customers.
. My job was to reply to the customers on the phone and solve their problems such as stuck transactions, verifying identity, unblocking locked accounts, and helping to create new transactions and follow its status.
Concentrix
. At the end of 2022, I started to work in a company called Concentrix. It is an American business services company similar to Teleperformance.
. I had 1 month of training in the company before I took my job. We were trained on how to handle Microsoft's customers, and how to find a solution to the issues we might face on the floor.
. My job title in this company is: Customer Service Advisor. I am working as a customer support for Microsoft, and my duties are to help customers who have any problems with one of the Microsoft's services (Microsoft account, OneDrive, etc) and products (Windows, Xbox, etc).
In both companies, I was working full-time (9 hours/day)
While my current official job title at Concentrix is in Customer Service, I engineered custom digital solutions to alleviate internal operational overhead.
Key Technical Achievement: "Blind Distribution" System
Independently developed, coded, and deployed a custom full-stack load-balancing workflow utility titled the
"Blind Distribution System" to solve critical algorithmic inequalities in real-time team case assignments.
- • Back-End Engine: Integrated JavaScript logic with a live Google Firebase real-time NoSQL database to instantly maintain agent state queues.
- • Front-End UI/UX: Implemented a clean, error-resistant administrative interface using HTML5, CSS3, and the Bootstrap framework.
- • System Impact: Eliminated processing latencies by replacing manual dispatch operations with an automated algorithm that balanced exact tracking metrics completely evenly among team members.
